PC Financial Corporation was established in 1993 as a full service commercial mortgage-banking firm providing financing and investment solutions nationwide. We offer a wide range of programs for commercial real estate properties valued from $2 million to in excess of $150 million.

We have long standing active relationships with multiple Life Insurance Companies, Commercials Banks, CMBS, Public/Private Debt Funds, REITS, Institutional and Private Equity sources. 

Our services include assisting clients in obtaining well structured financing commitments for income producing properties, construction loans and turnaround projects. We have an extensive knowledge of institutional lending requirements and a hands on approach to the financing process. We constantly update, expand and improve our investor base in order to assure we offer our clients the most competitive terms with a high probability of closing.

Active in placing mezzanine, preferred equity and other highly leveraged debt structures we recognize the dynamics behind the fluctuating financial markets and constantly adjust our offerings to reflect current trends. Our team approach provides clients with personal advisory services throughout the entire transaction process. Our responsibilities include sourcing proposals, loan administration, assistance with due diligence and the coordination of efficient closings. By continually monitoring the communication between all parties involved we are able to address and resolve issues as they arise, in a timely manner.
